Halloween is a time of magic and mystery and is a day that many people look forward to for the frights and delights that come with it. And because we here at Sky Elements are always looking for an opportunity for a fun surprise, we could think of no better way to celebrate the spirit of the day than by sending out our drones to make a little magic of our own. On October 30, 2021, 150 of our drones took to the skies like phantoms in the night for a Halloween-themed drone light show display over the streets of downtown Dallas, Texas.
The show ran a little more than 7 minutes in length and featured some hauntingly fun shapes and images that stretched across the sky and seemed to take on a life of their own. And between our show and the festive lights on Reunion Tower, which appeared in the background of our show, nearly every form of ghost and goblin made a guest appearance. Some of the highlights from the show included a giant jack-o-lantern, a cackling witch riding through the night on her broomstick, and a ghoulish ghost looking down on the city below. We even designed this show up to coordinate perfectly with some chilling Halloween music for added effect! If you missed this show and wanted to check it out, don’t fret!
