Sky Elements had the honor of flying a drone light show at the end of the 2021 Nascar All Star Race at Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) in Fort Worth Texas.
For this show we flew 200 drones and created several custom logos in the sky including the Nascar logo, Texas Motor Speedway logo, and the city of Fort Worth’s logo. We ended the show with a special thank you to Eddie Gossage, the General Manager of Texas Motor Speedway who was retiring after the race.
The drone light show at TMS was a first for a Nascar event. The show lasted approximately 10 minutes and the Nascar logo that opened the animated light display was over 100 feet tall and over 500 feet wide, while the Texas Motor Speedway logo had a 300 foot diameter. The entire show was visible to all fans at the raceway. The most exciting part for us was to hear the roar of cheers as the first formation lit up the sky.
